Shipping & Handling:

Carmel's Finest features shipping by UPS.  You will have a selection of multiple shipping options based on the weight and shipping address(es) of your order. During the purchase process, you will be presented with the available shipping options after you enter the shipping address(es).  Choose what's best for you!   Expedited shipping options like 2-Day Air and Next Day Air charge an additional $ 15.00 for Saturday Delivery.  Please contact us if it is imperative that your shipment arrive on Saturday.  Thank you.

Shipping times?  Carmels Finest tries to ship all orders received by 12:00PM Pacific Time Monday-Friday, the same business day.  Orders to the West Coast take 2 Business Days, Midwest 3-4 Business Days and East Coast 4-5 Business Days.  For further shipping questions, please call us at 1-866-624-1805.

Sales Tax:

7.25% sales tax will be charged to all orders shipping to a California address.

Refund Policy:

In California, once wine or spirits are sold it is illegal to return except for defects. Wine or spirits purchased in bottles or packaging which is defective may be returned for CREDIT or replacement within thirty (30) days of purchase. Returned wine or spirits MUST be accompanied with a receipt from CarmelsFinest.com.

All other items may be returned for a refund within 30 days from the purchase date in new, unopened condition.  Damaged or opened items may be returned for a credit or replacement (at the discretion of CarmelsFinest.com).
