Vibrant aromas of crème brûlée, ginger, lemon curd and white peach are followed by a creamy entry which blossoms to a full, sweet, peach, nectarine and citrus mid-palate. Medium-bodied with vibrant acidity, the wine finishes long and full.

Here is a prime example of a handcrafted wine‎and a good one, to boot. First of all, special care was taken with terroir selection (Santa Lucia Highlands) as well as good grapes and fine winemaking techniques. Only about 200 cases were produced, so the price is (almost) irrelevant‎especially if you find yourself liking the wine. What's to like? A dark beverage with fruity character, ranging from ripe raspberries to blackberries laced with some spice. Most pleasant in the mouth with a medium to full body and a lingering finish, you could pair it with short ribs.

All labels for each bottle of Armand de Brignac are made of real pewter, polished and applied by hand. Each bottle is packaged in a black embroidered velvet bag, which completes a package that speaks to the quality of the Armand de Brignac Champagne and the care taken with each step of its realization.the highly sought after ultra-luxury cuvee made by Cattier. It is packaged in a gold bottle with a pewter card-spade with an A on it instead of a label, giving rise to the nick-name "ace of spades". It is a favorite of many musicians and has been popping up in celebrity circles and even in videos. Take your cue from Jay-Z and pop open a bottle of this bubbly, made exclusively from mountain de Reims fruit. It is a blend of 33% Pinot Noir, 33% Meunier and 33% Chardonnay.

The resulting wine is a perfect expression of Monterey Chardonnay, with bright citrus and tropical fruit aromas married with mineral notes and subtle toasty oak nuances. The lush, opulent palate is intense and focused with complex flavors of ripe pineapple, lime, mineral notes, and crème brulèe lingering on a long, creamy finish.

2006 was a cooler than normal year in Monterey County. This benefited our Sauvignon Blanc, as we encourage bright, grassy flavors with crisp acidity and pronounced varietal character. To this end, we began picking Sauvignon Blanc early in September with low sugar and high acid in order to enhance these characteristics. The resulting wine exhibits the aromas and flavors we love: loads of grapefruit, gooseberry and citrus flavors along with tropical fruit and grassy notes. We also enrich the texture with 4 % barrel-fermented Semillon from Napa.

This Pinot has a deep, dark robe. Aromas are redolent with ripe and jammy red fruits, accented by toasty oak nuances. On the palate, we find a very full, soft velvety texture supporting the flavors of ripe plum and candied black cherry. Finish is long and satiny smooth, ending with notes of wood and spice.

Our 2004 Rosella–s Pinot Noir has a deep ruby-red color. Aromas of ripe black cherries and plums leaps from the glass, accented by the notes of clove, and cinnamon and toasty oak. The palate is very full and luscious exuding refined flavors of ripe dark red fruits supported by gentle, velvety tannins through the lingering finish.
The Wine Spectator Creamy-textured, with smoky mocha-laced oak wrapped around a supple core of raspberry, blueberry and blackberry flavors, finishing with lots of depth, richness and concentration. Drink now through 2011. Score: 92. ‎James Laube, May 15, 2007.

Monterey provides some of the most ideal growing conditions for Chardonnay grapes in California. The taste is flavorful, enhanced with a wonderful bright, fresh finish. Barrel fermentation gives our Chardonnay a creamy, mouth-filling finish, which complements the wine's delicious tropical fruit flavors.

From the winery, "Head-trained, dry farmed old vines are again the source for Bogle–s Old Vine Zinfandel. These gnarly old vines produce concentrated fruit of unsurpassed quality and intensity. This supple and mouth-filling vintage leads with juicy blueberry and ripe blackberry fruit. Black pepper and hints of chocolate notes integrate well with this soft, plush body. Subtle hints of spicy oak and pipe tobacco create structure, allowing this wine to stand up to a variety of fare. Bollinger is one of the few houses in Champagne to remain independent. The cuvee is blended primarily from grapes grown on bollinger estates many of which have vineyards with grand cru and premier cru designations. Year-to-year, bollinger produces a wine that is crisp and focused with citrus and mineral notes and some hints of yeast. The wine has excellent lenght in the finish with hazelnuts coming in at the end. Rated 90 points by The Wine Spectator
